SemaSys Return Policy
If you need to return merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of shipment. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. A restocking fee of 25% is charged on all returned or refused shipments. Custom items, specially packaged items and assembled cardholders are not subject to return. Requests for cancellation of an order may be initiated by phone to Customer Service or in writing to our Customer Service Manager. Cancellations will be reviewed on an individual basis, subject to review of material costs, production scheduling and expectations of delivery. Order specific costs incurred at time of cancellation are charged to purchaser.
